Salary range:

The salary range for this position is: £47,043 - £54,135 

The role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social worker to work across multiple agencies and networks. You will be encouraged to develop your social work skills, give advice and guidance to the professional network and help to develop new approaches to supporting this cohort. You will have the scope to offer creative and innovative interventions to ensure service users are at the centre of the support they receive.

This role requires a candidate with excellent skills in communication, organisation and developing partnership working. You will be co-located and work across housing, community safety, social care, health and relevant partners.

About You:

You will be a registered Social Worker with extensive experience of working as part of multi-agency network. You will have experience of supporting adults with dual diagnoses (namely mental illness and substance misuse). You will have a genuine passion for the provision of high quality services and demonstrate a commitment to strengths-based ways of working.

You will have awareness of current social care legislation and policy including safeguarding adults.

You will have understanding of the application of the principles of equality and diversity and implementing it in practice.
