The ability to work across ALS to ensure the best use of resources
Work with the Mosaic Case Management workflow systems and ensuring robust management oversight to drive performance
A commitment to services that meet the needs of the adoption community with a specific focus on reducing race disparity
About you:
Knowledge of childcare and adoption legislation, statutory guidance and the London Child Protection Procedures
Skills in presenting complex information in writing and in person, with confident analysis and decision making
Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service including evenings and weekends are required
Commitment to personal development of the team

Additional salary details
This role is deemed to be a full time role (36 hours a week).
