The Adoption London South – Regional Adoption Agency
Adopt London South is a Partnership of 9 Local Authority Adoption Agencies working with Adopt London to develop Adoption services across 23 boroughs. Our Assessment Teams prepare the right Adopters to adopt South London children.
We are now looking for a permanent Team Manager for the South East London Adoption Assessment team. The experienced, creative and reflective team work well together, developing new ways of working to approve adopters for South London children and to promote early attachments through Early Placement and the UEA Moving to Adoption model.
ALS is committed to reducing delays for Black children and offering the best adoption journeys for Black families. There are also opportunities to collaborate, learn and develop practice across the 4 Adopt London Regional Adoption Agencies for the benefit of all London children needing adoption.

The role

- A commitment to improving the adoption journey for Black children and families
- Present complex information in writing and in person, with confident analysis and decision making
- Work with the Mosaic Case Management workflow systems and ensure management information in maintained
Additional salary details
Our offer:
- A systemetic framework of social work practice.
- A salary range of £45,594 - £52,569, including benefits, pension and flexible working and 28 days leave.

This role is deemed to be a full time role (36 hours a week) but the post holder is required to work beyond these hours which may involve occasional evenings and weekends.
Enhanced DBS required (Children and Adults).
