The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of an innovative approach to early help and preventative intervention for adolescents and their families. We are recruiting to a new Pilot Adolescent Sure Start Service to embed our embed our Keeping Families Strong approach through the development of a community based Early Help offer, aimed at ensuring increasingly effective and joined up services deliver improved outcomes for adolescents.
You will be a key part of the successful delivery of operational change in the way early help is delivered for adolescents by developing and coordinating an enhanced locality based and virtual offer for adolescents, ensuring services are accessible and driven by ongoing understanding of local need and the development of community capacity. The post holder will lead on development of an holistic embedded community offer for vulnerable adolescents and the development of locality integrated leadership for early help services.
About You:
You will be an experienced multi-agency early help professional, with extensive knowledge and experience of working with vulnerable adolescents and inner city communities from deprived backgrounds. You will be a creative thinker with a successful background in developing new approaches to promoting and delivering access to support for hard to reach communities and those from diverse backgrounds, as well as a strong partnership leader with proven ability to bring partners on board to develop and deliver shared aims.
