The role
This is your chance to join the Disabled Travel Team and be a member of a small team, where your main role will be to manage a caseload of Blue Badge and Freedom Pass applications effectively against a set criteria, whilst providing excellent customer services.
This will include screening applications from the initial stages, to ordering badges and passes on different computer systems. You will be supporting highly vulnerable residents over the phone and via email, which includes advising that they are not eligible for a badge or pass.
About you:
As a Support Officer you will be key in ensuring that applications are processed efficiently and are processed right first time. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and motivated individual who is compassionate to join the team.
You will be join a supportive team with a hands on approach, where we thrive to be the best that we can be as individuals and as a team. Training will be provided. and there are lots opportunities to develop and learn new skills across the team and work on different projects.
