The Role

This is a unique opportunity to showcase your valuable skills and experience in a newly created Human Resources (HR) and Organisational Transformation (OT) Service. As the Strategic Lead for HR Resourcing & Business Change, you will lead, shape and influence a new direction for the Resourcing, HR customer delivery and transactional services by incorporating innovative and creative business change processes to drive through a new People Strategy across all areas of the HR & OT Service.

You will have a customer-driven approach with a commitment to understanding the employee lifecycle based on engagement with our workforce and stakeholders to deliver a refreshed employee value proposition embedded throughout the employee journey.

To succeed in this role, you will bring a fresh contemporary leadership style/approach to lead and develop the team and colleagues within the HR & OT community. You will be a skilled influencer who has worked with senior managers, members and other stakeholders to develop and embed different approaches to resourcing with a strong emphasis on equalities and diversity. A sustainable track record of designing and delivering business / transformational change initiatives within large public sector organisations is essential.

You will also have extensive and practical experience of working within at least one key discipline from: Resourcing, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Organisational / Transformational change.
