Senior Contract Officer
Do you want to make a difference to the lives of older, vulnerable and people with disabilities? Asset Management have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to become a Senior Contract Officer within the Private Sector Housing & Adaptations Team. In this role, you will manage and provide support to a range of housing professionals who deliver services that include Housing Adaptations Team, Home Improvement Agency, Empty Homes Service, and Handyperson Service across both the private and public sector.
As Senior Contract Officer, you will be responsible for; managing & supporting the team, developing and managing data systems, liaising with customers, internal and external agencies, provide regular reports for statistical and budgetary information as well as managing financial payments and a range of contracts.
You will display leadership skills, be enthusiastic and proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Additional salary details
Please note this role is being offered on a fixed term contract basis for a duration of 18 months.
