Salary plus a flexible benefit to the value of £2,724- pro-rata (subject to annual review).

We are looking for two confident, experienced and dynamic contract managers to design, lead and drive this change across our service. Southwark housing serves 55,000 tenants and leaseholders.
Our staff and their roles are just as diverse as the residents we serve.
For this position, you’ll need appropriate experience. Your knowledge will span housing legislation, contract management and dispute resolution. You will be experienced in managing day to day service delivery but also challenging the status quo. You will be adept at developing people and services, managing complex contracts, responding to correspondence and writing and presenting reports to members and officers at director level and above, but be just as comfortable speaking to individual residents. Highly motivated, enthusiastic and a strong influencer, with a passion for excellence in customer service.
